CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lavina, we understand that plans can change, and you might need to cancel your order. To ensure a straightforward process, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@megafood.jo with your order details.
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that cancellation is not applicable for digital items or services that have already been delivered.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
For items that have already been shipped, you may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further options.

3. Customized or Personalized Orders

Orders containing customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you need to modify or cancel a custom order, please contact us as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not always be possible.

4. Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before it is shipped.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Send an email to info@megafood.jo with your order number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
Our team will process your request promptly; however, please note that cancellations cannot be completed once the order has been shipped.
