RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Non-faulty returned goods must be in re-saleable condition including original packaging where applicable.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges to the credit or debit card, or other payment method you used to pay. We will process the refund without delay and, in any event, not later than (1) 15 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (2) if there were no products supplied, 15 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back.
- Unless stated otherwise in exceptional circumstances, you may return a product purchased from www.lavina.jo within seven (7) days of the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, and its packaging is unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition as delivered. A reason for the return must be provided.
- For the cancellation of purchases made by credit card, you must contact our customer service representatives at +962 6 4612060 or send an email to info@megafood.jo on the same day. Providing your Order Code will be sufficient to process the cancellation.
- Once the returned product is received by us, the product amount will be refunded within fifteen (15) days.
- Please note that all products are supplied in the gram weight indicated on the package, which may correspond to different volumes depending on the product type. Volume differences are not considered valid reasons for a return. You may request additional information about the product by contacting us via the provided phone number or email.
- Due to health and safety concerns, products with opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted for returns. For the same reason, products purchased in-store can only be returned immediately after purchase and before leaving the store.
- If you suspect that the package was damaged during shipment, please inspect it in the presence of the delivery agent (shipping company representative). If the product is damaged, request a damage report from the shipping company and do not accept the package. Please note that once the product is accepted and delivered, it is deemed that the shipping company has fulfilled its obligations.
- For non-food items, such as accessories, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you, without any damage, breakage, tearing, or usage. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for returns, and no refund will be issued.

- We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 48 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
