By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the following terms:
- Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
- Products will be shipped only upon receipt of full payment, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
- Customized or equivalent products may be substituted where necessary.
- If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.
Lavina reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your order.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party service providers. Payment details are encrypted and not stored by Lavina. Payment methods and terms are subject to the policies of the payment service provider.
We accept payment in the following ways:

2. Paypal online via Shopify
Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Inspection
Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the products for any defects or non-conformity. Any claims must be submitted to Lavina within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so waives your right to claim.

Warranties
