These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Lavina (a brand of Mega Food Industries and Products Exports LLC) website located at www.lavina.jo and any associated sites (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Mega Food Industries and Products Exports LLC, a company registered and operating under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with its registered brand Lavina, headquartered at Al Muwaqar Industrial Estate, PO Box 50, Amman 16310 Jordan.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site.

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Lavina reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the latest Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms, Lavina grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, and artwork, is the property of Lavina (Mega Food Industries and Products Exports LLC) or its licensors and is protected under Jordanian and international copyright laws. You may store, print, or display the content for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Lavina.

All rights reserved; The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited save that you may:

Copy, print or download extracts of the material on this website for the sole purpose of using this website in good faith for domestic purposes or placing an order with Lavina.

Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse this Site. You may not:

Lavina reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Lavina will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by malicious software, including viruses, as a result of using this Site.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the following terms:

Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
Products will be shipped only upon receipt of full payment, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
Customized or equivalent products may be substituted where necessary.
If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.

Lavina reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your order.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party service providers. Payment details are encrypted and not stored by Lavina. Payment methods and terms are subject to the policies of the payment service provider.

We accept payment in the following ways:

1. By credit card via Shopify - MasterCard, Visa, Amex and bank Debit Cards

2. Paypal online via Shopify

Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Inspection

Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the products for any defects or non-conformity. Any claims must be submitted to Lavina within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so waives your right to claim.

Warranties

Lavina provides all products, services, and content "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Lavina be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavina, its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Jordan.

Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Lavina Matcha Launch Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by Mega Food Industries & Products Export LLC, trading as "Lavina" ("Lavina", "we", "us", "our"), Al Muwaqqar Industries Estate, Amman, Jordan ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Jordan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the organization or administration of this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 23, 2026 and closes on August 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Jordan time) ("Entry Period"). Orders placed outside the Entry Period are not eligible for entry, regardless of when payment is confirmed.

4. How to Enter

No purchase alternative or separate registration is required.

Each unit of Lavina Premium Organic Matcha purchased and paid in full during the Entry Period counts as one (1) entry into the draw.
Entries are calculated based on the quantity of eligible product paid for, whether across a single order or multiple orders placed during the Entry Period.
There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may earn.

5. Eligible Orders

Only orders placed and paid in full during the Entry Period count toward entries.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned (in whole or in part) at any time before the draw is conducted will have the corresponding entries deducted or voided. If an order is partially returned, only entries corresponding to the net quantity of units retained and paid for will count.
Orders paid by cash on delivery are only considered "paid" once payment has been collected and confirmed by the Promoter; unfulfilled, undelivered, or unpaid cash-on-delivery orders do not count toward entries.
Orders that are cancelled or refunded after the draw has been conducted but where the winner has already been selected may result in disqualification of that winner and selection of an alternate winner, at the Promoter's discretion.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive orders — including orders placed with the intent to inflate entries and subsequently cancel or return them — may be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.
Wholesale, B2B, or bulk orders placed by retail or distribution partners for resale purposes are not eligible for entry.

6. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) complimentary spot in a private Pilates session.
The Pilates session(s) will be held within two (2) weeks of the draw closing date, at a date, time, and location to be coordinated between the Promoter (or its partner studio) and the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes.
Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at checkout (phone, email, or WhatsApp), within three (3) business days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, or does not respond or confirm, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or outdated contact details provided at checkout.

8. Personal Data

Entrants' personal data will be used solely to administer this Giveaway — verifying eligible orders, selecting and contacting winners, and coordinating prize fulfillment — and will be handled in accordance with Lavina's Privacy Policy.

9. General

By purchasing during the Entry Period, participants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability, subject to applicable law.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
