Is it pure matcha, or a blend?
Pure. It's a single unblended raw material, 100% ground green tea leaf, with nothing added.

How do I prepare it?
Sift 2g, about half a teaspoon, into a bowl, add 60ml of water just off the boil, and whisk briskly until frothy. For a latte, top with hot or cold milk.

Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, matcha naturally contains caffeine along with L-theanine.

How should I store it?
Somewhere cool, dark and dry, sealed after each use. Matcha loses colour and flavour with light and air.
